Lawyers miss deadline to halt HCA review committee consultations

Freeport lawyer Fred Smith said yesterday that he is "disappointed" that the Court of Appeal did not hear a renewal of a judicial review application over the activities of the Hawksbill Creek Agreement Review Committee, stating that he hoped to bring the matter back before the Freeport courts later this week for a renewed application to apply for judicial review.
